I came into counselling having spent 25 years teaching in a sixth form college.  Having gained my BA Hons in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis I started work with in the NHS as an IAPT counsellor.

This work involves working with a wide range of different clients who present with anxiety and depression.  Along side my one to one work I have written and delivered a relationship group which is designed to help clients improve their relationships.  I am also involved in the delivery of a "Loss Group" and "Stress Management Group."

Alongside this work I run a private practice working with both long-term and short-term therapy.  Within this practice I offer "Equine Assisted Therapy".  The benefits of which I am happy to discuss on a one to one basis.

I am Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
